Pay`d 2 times per Paypal but get no e-mail after that

I Paid the Money for 1 Month XLned Lite per Paypal ,but didn`t receive any E-mail with the Server Loggins.The other Problem was, I payed for one account 2 times,because there was a connection problem....Paypal get now the money 2 times from my bankkonto for one and the same account!I send 2 with the 2 Transaktionscodes per E-mails to the support , but get no answer.I hope , that anyone of the XLned Team read this,please Proof it , and send me the missing mail please , i can`t log in without this !!!

most likely the email is in your spamfilter. Please check that. also check if your email adress providers isnt faulty. Please remember that it is a weekend. support will contact you on working hours.
